aneka4d operates where local law permits. We serve Indonesia and certain provinces where our payment partners (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) are active. At signup, we confirm your region eligibility. If your location changes, contact support to verify ongoing access.

Yes. Your account balance is always yours and separate from our operating funds. If aneka4d ceases operations, your money is returned to your registered payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within 30 days, confirmed by our settlement agreement.

Multiple accounts under different names, money laundering, fraud, abusive chat, or gameplay from restricted regions. We'll give you one warning unless the breach is severe. You retain the right to appeal any account closure within 30 days.
